Use this chart to pick the right size for our Transformer costume KIT and Printed Blueprint sets, and to see the real build dimensions of our Web Shooters and Arc Reactors. All figures below come straight from each product's own listing.
Transformer Costume Sizing (KIT & Printed Blueprint)
Each costume design is sold in two sizes. The same size options apply to both the pre-assembled KIT and the self-build Printed Blueprint (PB) version of that design.

If your child measures right between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for easier movement in the costume.
PDF Template Versions
The digital PDF Template for each design is not split into S/L variants — every listing states one combined height range, per its own product page:
- Truck — for kids from 95 to 140 cm (37 to 55 in)
- Helicopter — for kids from 90 to 135 cm
- Thunder-Cracker / Jet Fighter — for kids from 95 to 140 cm
- Car — for kids from 95 to 140 cm
Web Shooter & Arc Reactor Dimensions
All 5 Web Shooter styles ship in a 9.5 × 9.5 × 2.4 cm box. The SCARLET Spider-Man Web Shooter is built to an accurate 70 mm diameter and pairs with a 40 mm ballistic-nylon watch strap; the other four Web Shooter styles use a 22 mm strap.
