Contact UsWhat does the Web Shooter actually do, and how far does it work?
Our Web Shooters use Neodymium rare-earth magnet firing technology — the reloadable webbing can stick to any magnetic surface up to 6 feet (about 1.8 m) away. Firing runs through a manual mechanical webbing-to-projectile link, so every shot is reloadable and the webbing itself is replaceable.
Is the Web Shooter safe to use, including for kids?
Every Web Shooter has an integrated safety function, but it’s designed as a cosplay prop and collectible replica rather than a certified children’s toy, so we recommend adult supervision for younger fans.
What batteries does the Arc Reactor use?
The 5-in-1 Arc Reactor for Cosplay runs on 3×AAA batteries, fully enclosed inside the unit. The ReDesign MKI Arc Reactor can run on 3×CR2032 batteries or on external power through its mini-USB port.
What’s the difference between the PDF Template, Printed Blueprint, and KIT costume versions?
- PDF Template — a digital download available right after payment. You print it and cut/paste it onto your own cardboard or foamboard.
- Printed Blueprint (PB) — a physical product: we ship you the pre-printed A2 sheets (plus sword/shield sheets on some designs). You still cut, paste, and connect the pieces yourself — usually under 4 hours.
- KIT — the most hands-off option: pre-cut, pre-assembled cardboard parts. You just connect the pieces with a hot glue gun — usually under 2 hours.
Do the KIT and Printed Blueprint sets include everything I need?
The KIT ships with the pre-cut cardboard parts plus accessories such as a sword, shield, connection joints, glue sticks, and a cotton face mask (exact contents vary by costume) — you’ll only need a hot glue gun. The Printed Blueprint ships with the printed sheets and a face mask; cardboard/foamboard, glue, cotton band, scissors, and a box cutter are not included.
How long does shipping take?
KIT and Printed Blueprint costume sets typically arrive within 2–5 business days in the United States, with worldwide shipping available. Web Shooters and Arc Reactors also ship worldwide. PDF Templates are digital and become available to download immediately after payment.

What material are the Web Shooters and Arc Reactors made from?
They are 3D printed using PLA filament.
I’m ordering from outside the US — will my Web Shooter’s magnet work?
Because magnets are restricted items on some international shipping routes, certain Web Shooter listings ship with the magnet demagnetized so the parcel clears customs. If that applies to your order, you can insert your own small neodymium magnet (about 8×5 mm), available locally, to restore full function. Check your specific product listing for details before ordering.
Can I customize how the Arc Reactor looks?
Yes — the 5-in-1 Arc Reactor comes with 5 interchangeable faces, so you can switch it between MKI, Nano, and Infinity-style looks. The ReDesign MKI Arc Reactor splits into 3 removable modules and includes a chest strap.
